These general sales conditions apply to all sales concluded via the KarineBedardArtiste.com website. These sales conditions can change at any moment and are automatically applied.

PRICE

Prices displayed on the KarineBedardArtiste.com website are in Canadian dollars, before provincial and federal taxes. Taxes will be calculated and displayed before final order confirmation depending on your location.

PAYMENT

Orders placed on the KarineBedardArtiste.com website must be paid by credit card. It is possible to pay the order without a PayPal account, using VISA, MASTERCARD, and AMERICAN EXPRESS.

YOUR ORDER

Before submitting a purchase order for products through the website, you will be able to view your order confirmation on your screen, which will detail a list of the products you are ordering, the purchase price, all applicable delivery fees and taxes. When you submit your order by clicking the “PAY” button, this will constitute an offer from you to Karine Bédard Artiste to purchase the products described in the order confirmation at the indicated price along with the other applicable fees as detailed in the order confirmation appearing on your screen. These orders are not binding to Karine Bédard Artiste until they’ve accepted them. Your order will only be accepted by Karine Bédard Artiste once you receive an email confirmation stating that your order has been accepted.
 

Karine Bédard Artiste reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to limit the product quantities ordered, to close an account, or to refuse or cancel an order, including after an order has been placed, regardless of whether or not such order has been confirmed and billed to your credit card. In the event that your order is canceled after payment has been made to your credit card, Karine Bédard Artiste will refund the amount in full.

DIGITAL PRODUCTS

Customers can download digital products purchased on the KarineBedardArtiste.com website as soon as the transaction has been confirmed. The number of authorized downloads and number of devices upon which a given digital file may be installed may vary without prior notice, according to the distributor and publisher.

Acquired digital files are the authors’ works and are protected by the Copyright Act. In accordance with this law, the purchase of digital files is reserved for personal and private use. According to the law, digital files can be purchased solely for personal, private, and non-commercial use. Any reproduction, collective use, resale, or rent is strictly forbidden and can be subject to legal proceedings.

 
The end-user agrees to respect the rights of authors, performers, and publishers of digital books and not to circumvent or interfere with the techniques of controlling the use of downloaded digital files. Otherwise, any use outside the scope defined in these general conditions of sale constitutes an act of counterfeit, which exposes the end-user to legal proceedings.

No exchanges, credits, or reimbursement can be accepted once a sales transaction of a digital product has been confirmed. In no instance will Karine Bédard Artiste be held responsible for any compatibility issues between a digital product and an electronic appliance, except in cases where the product description displayed is seen to be invalid.

DELIVERY

KarineBedardArtiste.com delivers through a third party such as Canada Post or other delivery services. Deliveries are not made on Saturdays, Sundays, or Holidays.

Unless otherwise indicated herein, the prices indicated do not include delivery fees. Separate shipping fees will be billed to you and will be indicated on the order confirmation appearing on your screen with every order, when applicable.

KARINE BÉDARD ARTISTE WILL NOT BE RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY DAMAGES OR COSTS RESULTING FROM ANY DELAY IN DELIVERY.

PRODUCT AVAILABILITY

Product availability may be limited, and products may not be available for immediate delivery. Karine Bédard Artiste may revise or discontinue delivery of any product at any time without prior notification. In the event that Karine Bédard Artiste is unable to deliver a product to you due to unavailability, Karine Bédard Artiste will notify you by email and that product in your order will automatically be canceled. Karine Bédard Artiste may, however, at its sole discretion, contact you in order to allow you to retain your order following a modified delivery time if and when the product becomes available.

RETURNS

Returns and exchanges
If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, we will accept a return or exchange of the product within thirty (30) days of delivery. We will then credit your account for the amount of the purchase. Please contact us by email at karinebedardartiste@hotmail.com.

Damaged products
When your order arrives, we invite you to inspect it and notify us if your package or product is damaged within 48 hours of reception by immediately contacting the customer service of KarineBedardArtiste.com at karinebedardartiste@hotmail.com.

For prompt resolution, please keep the packing slip, packing materials, and damaged product for inspection by the carrier.

OWNERSHIP AND RISK OF LOSS

All products purchased from karinebedardartiste.com are delivered to you by a third party under a delivery contract. You become the owner of the product(s) and assume all risk of loss at the time of delivery of the Karine Bédard Artiste products by such third-party product deliveries.

APPLICABLE LAWS

This Agreement shall be governed by and construed exclusively in accordance with the laws of the Province of Quebec, Canada, without reference to conflicts of law principles and excluding any law regarding the choice of laws that would defer to the laws of a different jurisdiction. The parties hereby agree that the courts of the province of Quebec, Canada, judicial district of Terrebonne shall have exclusive jurisdiction to hear and determine any claim or dispute pertaining directly or indirectly to this Agreement or any matter arising therefrom or relating thereto. The parties hereto elect domicile in the judicial district of Terrebonne, Province of Quebec, Canada.
